There are traditional tri-colors which will look like the pure bred Bernese Mountain Dog. Then there are non-traditional tri-colors such as sable and brindle & white which is unique to each puppy. Bi-color is also a popular color which usually results in a black & white coloring.

The coats can vary from very curly to wavy. They are crossed with a poodle and take on the non shedding traits which will mean little to no shedding.
